Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei
In this world, magic has always existed alongside mankind and has been advanced further with modern technology. After the end of World War 3, the four remaining nations engage in an arms race in developing magicians. In Japan, Tatsuya and his sister Miyuki are about to enter First High School, the most prestigious of the nation's nine magical schools. First High School segregates its students by abilities with the elite Blooms in Course 1 and the lower ranking Weeds in Course 2. Miyuki was able to enter Course 1 due to her entrance exam but Tatsuya has unfortunately been designated as a Weed. Though overlooked by the elite students as an inept magician, Tatsuya is carrying a powerful secret that has been sealed inside himself.
